While logged in to your Liberty App Account, locate your navigation bar.
On your desktop computer, this will be on the left hand side of the screen below the Liberty Logo.
On your mobile phone, you will see three parallel lines (know as a "hamburger menu") to the right of the Liberty Logo at the top of your screen click on that to open your navigation bar.
Under your personal settings to manage your account is where you can update your password.
On your desktop computer, down at the bottom of the screen on the left hand side you will see your name. Click on that to access manager your account.
On your mobile phone, under your avatar icon & name you will see "Manage Account"
Then select "Change Passcode". Enter in your 12 word recovery phrase in order to update the encrypted wallet passcode. Once entered in correctly, Enter in a new encryption passcode and select "Reset Passcode".
** IMPORTANT NOTES: Please note that you are the only one that should have access to your 12 word recovery phrase. It cannot be changed or recovered.
The "Reset Password" option is for your encryption passcode & requires access to your email for verification. This password is used to access & view your Liberty App Account. Please see here for more information How do I change my account password?
