How do I change my Liberty App Account Password? I forgot my password, now what?

There are two ways to change the password on your account.

If not logged in to your account

1. 1. You can reset your password by going to the login page. Select "Forgot Password" on the login screen of your Liberty App.
      
   2. You will be taken to a new screen to enter your "email address". Please enter the email address associated with your Liberty App Account. Select "Request Reset Link". 
      
      
   3. In your email you will receive an email with a link inside that will allow you to reset your password.
      
      

Logged into your account

1. 1. While logged in to your Liberty App Account, locate your navigation bar. 
      1. On your desktop computer, this will be on the left hand side of the screen below the Liberty Logo.
      2. On your mobile phone, you will see three parallel lines (know as a "hamburger menu") to the right of the Liberty Logo at the top of your screen click on that to open your navigation bar.
         
         
   2. Under your personal settings to manage your account is where you can update your password.
      1. On your desktop computer, down at the bottom of the screen on the left hand side you will see your name. Click on that to access manager your account.
         
         
      2. On your mobile phone, under your avatar icon & name you will see "Manage Account"
         
         
   3. Then select "Reset Password". Enter in a new password & select "Update Password" to complete your password reset.
      
      ** IMPORTANT NOTE: The "Change Passcode" option is for your wallet encryption passcode & requires your 12 word recovery phrase to update. This passcode is used for any transaction with your digital rewards and should be a different passcode than your Liberty App Account.
